Get Started with On Ramp

Movement quality, proper form, and good technique are extremely important here at CrossFit Wildwood. We have a mandatory On Ramp process every member goes through before joining regular classes. The 4 one-on-one sessions are roughly 60 – 90 minutes long where the coach trains the individual on proper technique and how to modify the movements to meet the clients needs. This process will give you peace of mind, confidence, and a great foundation of fitness before joining group classes.
