About me
I love seeing the changes exercise and nutrition make to a person’s body and mindset. Coaching provides an endorphin high for me and I love the energy that’s created.
I love coaching and personal training! It is very fulfilling to work with a variety of groups and individuals to help them reach, exceed, and continue to grow themselves through health and wellness. Making connections with each person I work with is the key to success for all and with my background I am able to make those connections based on each individual and their needs and goals.
Introduction
Jennica received her Bachelor’s of Exercise Science from the University of Central Missouri
Her Master’s of Elementary Education from Missouri Baptist University, and is also a 1st grade teacher in the Rockwood School District!
Jennica is an enthusiastic coach and loves watching Switch Wildwood grow in their abilities, becoming stronger and self-confident. “My favorite moment of coaching was when I helped an athlete get their first pull-up! Those are huge things to be celebrated and I was so happy to be coaching that day!”
